In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for processing payroll, managing accounts payable, and supporting general accounting functions. What You'll Do: Process bi-weekly or weekly payroll accurately and on time Manage accounts payable: coding invoices, matching POs, and processing payments Maintain employee records and respond to payroll-related inquiries Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects as needed ? What We're Looking For: 2 years of payroll and/or AP experience Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems (ADP, Paylocity, etc.) Basic understanding of general accounting principles High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills A team player with a growth mindset and strong communication skills ?
