Account Office Manager

ADHI is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, who is a "closer" to join our Indianapolis, Indiana office. The Account Manager is responsible for assisting homeowners by providing solutions to close their account with customer confidence and satisfaction with the company. Working as a liaison for our homeowner and other departments within the company, this individual will provide excellent customer service by listening well, asking questions, and being able to learn new information quickly. Duties will include identifying and submitting service issues, making account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies to obtain final payment and help reduce delinquency on the account. The ideal candidate must be positive, focused, and willing to handle a large call volume after completing 90 days of training. Competitive base salary and generous bonus program opportunity!

Essential Functions:

  • Confer with customers by telephone, email and letters daily
  • Collect open balances and close the account quickly to prevent aging
  • Work with other departments to finalize invoicing, resolve service issues, or process payment with the mortgage company
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints
  • Weekly reporting to Direct Supervisors

    Required Skills & Qualifications;
    • Experience in High Volume call center/collections preferred
    • Basic knowledge of Billing & Collections procedures
    • Previous sales experience preferred
    • College preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
    • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Ability to lift 50lbs or more

      Compensation & Benefits:
      • Starting Salary $35,000+ Based upon experience plus an opportunity for an additional weekly in bonus!
