This full-time, individual contributor role offers a competitive salary between $37,500-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and level of expertise. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe and efficient for our customers. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify potential problems. Keep detailed records of all work performed and completed on vehicles. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Continuously learn and stay updated on new automotive technology and techniques. Diagnose and repair automobile mechanical and electrical issues, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance. Requirements ALL: High school diploma or equivalent. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician. Must have own tools. Kings Ford, Inc. is an automotive dealership in Cincinnati, OH.
