Superintendent I’m partnering with a well-established general
contractor is expanding their Indianapolis operations and needs a
Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation
projects in the area. What Makes This Different: Projects ranging
from K-12 educational facilities to water/wastewater infrastructure
Heavy self-perform work (concrete, masonry, rough carpentry) - true

They Need: 8 years commercial construction experience 5 years as a
lead superintendent on ground-up projects ($10M) Strong
client-facing communication skills Proficiency with construction
software (Procore or similar) Ability to create and manage
construction schedules The Culture: Family time matters - they
actually mean it Weekly salary structure (paid even during company
shutdowns) Vehicle allowance for your personal truck Modern tools
and technology provided Work Environment This role requires on-site
presence with a typical workweek of 40-50 hours, extending to 5
10-hour days during busy seasons. The environment demands
adaptability to weather conditions and project timelines. The
company values family time and offers immediate employment upon

phone reimbursement, vehicle reimbursement for newer models, and
travel expense coverage for sites beyond 60 miles from the office.
A laptop or tablet is provided for work purposes. Job Type &
Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position
is $110000.00 - $165000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to
some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length
of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to
