Job Description Ox Asphalt is an asphalt maintenance company based in Indianapolis, IN. We provide sealcoating, crack sealing, asphalt repair, pothole repair, and parking lot striping for residential and commercial customers across the Indy metro area. We are hiring 2-3 Sealcoat Technicians to start in April 2026. This is a full-time seasonal position paying $18-$24/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities: - Apply sealcoat to driveways, parking lots, and commercial properties - Crack sealing, patching, and basic asphalt repair - Prep work: cleaning, edging, blowing surfaces - Load/unload equipment and materials Requirements: - Reliable and on time, every day - Comfortable working outdoors in the heat - Able to lift 50 lbs - Valid driver's license preferred - Experience in asphalt, sealcoating, or construction is a plus, but we will train the right person What you get: - $18-$24/hr depending on experience - Consistent hours during season (April through November) - Work with a solid, small crew - No corporate red tape, just good work with good people
