Job Description Job Description ABOUT Ed Martin Automotive Group is looking to add Service Advisors to our growing team. Service Advisors are the primary contact between the dealership Service Department and our customers. A successful candidate will have great communication skills, high levels of patience, and the ability to effectively address customer concerns in the moment.
