WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A good Education Services Liaison is someone who is good at prioritizing, detail-oriented and very organized. A great Education Services Liaison is someone who can do all that and more in order to provide great customer service to our students and the public.

Are you an excellent coordinator with the ability to keep up to date with current working knowledge of technology? Do you want to use your skills to help others? If so, we need to talk.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Assist in the development and implementation of education projects and programs.


* Computerize associated training records in the Learning Management System and maintain all training.


* Provide secretarial support including greeting visitors, answering phones, maintaining/updating records/files and inventory of office supplies.


* Schedule meetings, coordinate conference room logistics.


* Use organizational systems to complete deposits, manage and record charges and refunds, and other reports as needed.


* Use the registration database to enroll and charge the public to attend classes.



WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

* Prior secretarial/office administrative experience.


* Basic knowledge of computer software, hardware, and communication devices to perform tasks.


* Manage disruptions and prioritize tasks.


* Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.


* Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


* Make decisions and use judgement in ambiguous situations.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.


* Understanding of standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
