for an experienced Motorcycle Service Technician / Mechanic who

needs of our customers. Harley-Davidson experience is preferred but

Motorcycle Service Technician: Deliver prompt, dependable, and
high-quality service to both internal and external customers
Perform repairs, maintenance, and customization in line with
factory specifications Ensure timely and accurate completion of
work, maintaining near 100% productivity Communicate effectively
with Service Writers/Managers and customers to address service
needs Keep the workspace and customers' vehicles clean and
organized Maintain up-to-date technical certifications (PHD and
more) through company-provided training Proactively identify
additional work needed and ensure proper documentation and
follow-up Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements -
Motorcycle Service Technician: At least 2 years of
Motorcycle/Powersport Technician experience required Motorcycle
Endorsement required Treat all employees and Guests fairly,
courteously, and with dignity Model superior Guest service behavior
for all interactions with Guests and employees Maintain up to date
technical qualification (PHD and others) by completing all training
programs assigned by the Service Manager Completion of a
factory-authorized training program such as MMI Service School or
equivalent work experience Service Technicians need both basic and
special tools to properly diagnose and service our products. All
Service Technicians are required to own a set of tools within the
agreed timeframe. A list of required tools will be provided. Please

without sponsorship and be a current resident Must pass
pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug
