One of the largest title agents in the Midwest, we facilitate over $7 billion in yearly transaction volume throughout more than 20 offices as we continuously expand our market presence.Position SummaryThe Regional Escrow Manager is responsible for managing residential escrow operations and staff throughout an assigned territory.Responsibilities

• Achieve operational efficiency and high productivity within escrow operations
• Manage a dispersed team of Escrow Officers/Closers
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with Market Managers in local offices
• Manage personnel and partner with HR on staffing, performance, training, etc.
• Work with executive leadership on budgets and P&L performance
• Travel to offices throughout local territory as neededQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus
  • 5 years of residential title insurance and escrow experience
  • 2 years of management experience
  • Indiana title insurance license (can be obtained after hire)
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to travel locally 25% - 50%
  • SoftPro experience is a plus
  • Superior operational and leadership skills
