Expediting Manager - Midwest: Great IN location! The Expediting Manager is responsible for the monitoring and completing of rush orders and RMAs. This is a Manufacturing based position with maximum exposure to the plant floor and maintains close communication with the Customer Service Department. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Customer Service Team to assure customer satisfaction and punctual performance of rush orders and RMA orders. Maintain constant communication with the Expediting Team and know the status of orders. Manage and coordinate the Expediting Team. Insure on time completion of orders. Communicate any possible issues or delays. Keep the Expediting Team on task throughout the day. Be able to apply quality standards and do special inspection in items as required. Work continuously with the rest of the management team to improve performance. Requirements: Excellent multitasking skills. Excellent communication skill. Ability to manage and motivate people.
