excellence! The Solution Delivery Services (SDS) team is actively
seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role,
you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and
delivery of complex programs composed of multiple interrelated
projects. You will ensure alignment with strategic goals, manage
cross-functional dependencies, and work closely with stakeholders
to drive outcomes. You will play a critical role in fostering
collaboration across teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and
enabling transparency and accountability at all levels. This

Executive Director, Solution Delivery Services within Global
Services, you will primarily focus on doing the work right and
ensuring that the program delivers strategic value for the intended
benefits through effective alignment to the organization goals,
integration, and control of a project’s activities. How You’ll
Succeed Set Clear Objectives: Define clear program goals and
objectives and communicate them effectively to the project teams
and stakeholders. Build Strong Teams: Assemble and develop
high-performing project teams, providing guidance, support, and
resources to ensure their success. Establish Effective
Communication: Foster open and transparent communication channels
among team members, stakeholders, and executives. Adaptability and
Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances, adjust plans when
necessary, and be open to new ideas and approaches. Stakeholder
Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with
stakeholders, understanding their needs, and managing their
expectations. Monitor and Measure Progress: Regularly monitor
program progress, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and
make data-driven decisions. Continual Improvement: Foster a culture
of continuous improvement, learn from past experiences, and
implement lessons learned to enhance future programs. What You
Should Bring As an experience Program Manager T professional, you
will bring demonstrated experience in the following: Program
Planning: Developing a comprehensive program plan, including
defining objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging stakeholders,
establishing effective communication channels, and managing their
expectations. Team Coordination: Building and leading project
teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating
collaboration among team members. Risk Management: Identifying
potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure
project success. Budget and Resource Management: Overseeing the
program budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring
optimal resource utilization. Quality Assurance: Establishing
quality standards, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring that
projects adhere to established processes and industry best
practices. Reporting and Documentation: Providing regular updates
to stakeholders, preparing program reports, and maintaining
comprehensive documentation. Your Basic Qualifications A bachelor's
or master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science,
information technology, or business administration At least 7 years
of experience in managing IT programs is required. This experience
helps demonstrate the ability to handle the complexities of
managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding and
knowledge of IT systems, technologies, and methodologies are
necessary to effectively oversee IT programs and understand their
requirements. What You Should Bring Advanced certifications in
project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
or PgMP (Program Management Professional), SCM, SAFe, Prosci are
highly valued. Demonstrated leadership abilities, along with
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are important to
collaborate with teams, manage stakeholders, and provide effective
guidance. Strong analytical abilities to assess risks, identify
issues, and propose solutions to ensure the program's success About

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $123,000 -
$180,400 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate
in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits;
eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug
