Indianapolis with Family Practice coverage. Location: Indiana
Training: Family Medicine Duration: Sporadic through 2020 Board
requirement: Board certified or Board eligible Schedule: Mon - Fri
Shifts: half and full day shifts Hours: 12:30p-5:30p, 7a-12:30p
Procedures: typical family practice clinic Census: 10 to 15 Type of
facility: Clinic Back-up: NP/PA License requirement: Must be
licensed before presentation Privileges: 1 week or less Partner
