Our social workers are vital to our patient care model and provide support to families, providers, and community partners.Benefits of joining the NPH social services teamMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceNPH 401(k) plan with up to 4% Company matchGenerous PTO and Time Off PolicyResponsibilities:Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs and completion.Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process.Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's Social Work (BSW) required; Masters of Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or Psy. D preferred.Experience: Two-Three years of social work experience in inpatient behavior health setting or acute psychiatric settingLicensure: Current Indiana Social Worker license is highly preferredClinical Social Worker Licensure preferred. CPR and CPI certification obtained during orientation.
