Were looking for a dedicated RN Wound Care Nurse to provide expert clinical care and support to our residents, helping them heal and thrive.In this specialized role, youll be at the forefront of wound management, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Your experience, compassion, and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individualized wound care.Develop and revise wound care treatment plans based on clinical findings.Track and document wound healing progress, adjusting care plans as needed.Educate residents and their families on wound prevention and care strategies.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident records.Uphold infection control standards and facility protocols.Provide guidance and education to staff on best wound care practices.Participate in wound rounds and quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsCurrent RN license in the state of Ohio.At least 3 year of nursing experience, long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.Wound care certification (WCC or equivalent) preferred.Solid knowledge of wound care treatments, products, and procedures.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A compassionate, resident-centered care philosophy.Physical ability to assist residents as needed.Why Join Us?We value our team members and offer a supportive environment where you can grow and thrive.
