Job Description:
Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Job Specialty:
Interventional Radiology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to
Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: ARRT License, ISDH Tech
License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - 2 years of experience as
an Interventional Radiology Technologist Job Description: - Perform
all routine Interventional Radiology procedures. - Participate in
an on-call rotation with five co-workers for weekend hours. - Float
to the Hybrid IR suite located in Surgery as needed. - Work within
a team of five Technologists covering two IR suites, and assist in
the Surgery-based Hybrid suite when required. - Utilize equipment
such as Siemens Artis Zee, Philips FD20, Philips Epiq 5 US,
Sonosite US, and Philips RN-Patient monitors. - Document care in
the EPIC EMR system. - Work with a variety of patient types,
including Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Department. -
Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment to complete
requested imaging exams in a timely manner. - Fill in for various
shifts if staffing issues arise within the department. Dress Code:
Light blue surgery scrubs provided by the facility from Scrub-X
vending machine onsite.
