Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN license Certifications: Required certifications include BLS and ACLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting - Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Description: The primary role is to provide direct patient care. This includes assessing patient needs, planning care, and implementing appropriate interventions. The nurse will monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed. Patient ratios are typically 1:5. The unit consists of 30 beds and treats a variety of medical and surgical conditions. Nurses may float to similar medical surgical units as needed. Candidates must be prepared to work every third weekend.
