Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Indianapolis, Indiana,

The primary role is to provide direct patient care. This includes
assessing patient needs, planning care, and implementing
appropriate interventions. The nurse will monitor patient progress
and make adjustments to care plans as needed. Patient ratios are
typically 1:5. The unit consists of 30 beds and treats a variety of
medical and surgical conditions. Nurses may float to similar
medical surgical units as needed. Candidates must be prepared to
work every third weekend. There are no call requirements associated
