Job Description:
GENERAL SURGERY Indiana (30 Minutes to Downtown Indianapolis)
Position Highlights : Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling
options with ability to enjoy lots of time off! Experience the
autonomy of a private practice without the administrative headache
of running the practice. Desirable Practice Setting: Join two
well-established surgeons and take over for retiring provider. One
and half days in clinic, One and half days in endo suite, One full
surgery block day. 50% Scopes. Additional endoscopy and surgery
time available each week. Average 500 cases per year. Ideal Work
Environment: Be part of a team that helps cover each other and
allow for time off when needed as life happens! Favorable Call
Schedule: Shared call, every third weekend. Post call days off -
(example schedule: 4 to 5 days in a row followed by 1 to 2 days off
for a 3 to 5 day weekend) Leadership/Professional Growth and Buy-in
