a floater pharmacist to play an important role at AndHealth. This
is a full-time position located onsite at our Community Health
Center partners in Indiana. What you’ll do in the role: Rapidly
adapt to different pharmacy workflows and team dynamics to maintain
high levels of productivity and safety. Identify and resolve
site-specific operational bottlenecks or backlog issues upon
arrival at a new location to ensure consistent service levels
across the district. Perform final verification on all
prescriptions with 100% accuracy. Supervise pharmacy technicians to
ensure optimal workflow and productivity. Manage inventory levels
and ensure proper storage of high-value specialty medications
(e.g., cold chain management). Maintain strict compliance with
state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Assist
with clinical intake and benefits investigation for specialty
medications. Provide specialized counseling to patients on complex
therapy regimens. Document clinical interventions and monitor
patient adherence/side effects. Collaborate with providers to
manage Prior Authorizations and Appeals. Offer clear, empathetic
medication counseling to patients. Act as a clinical resource for
patients and healthcare providers regarding drug interactions and
therapy management. Resolve insurance adjudication issues and
complex billing hurdles. Other responsibilities based on business
needs. Education & Licensure Requirements: PharmD, BS in Pharmacy,
or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Unrestricted pharmacist license in good
standing in the state of Indiana. Must be willing to obtain and
maintain licenses in multiple states. Other Skills or
Qualifications: 3 years of direct patient care experience in
pharmacy is preferred. BLS/CPR is required (or must be willing to
obtain within 1 month after starting). Immunization delivery
certification is preferred. 2 years of specialty pharmacy
experience preferred. PGY1 residence or equivalent work experience
preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong
attention to detail and ability to handle multiple things
simultaneously. Comfortable with technology and the ability to
adapt to new systems. The position may require some travel. Must be
willing to travel and have reliable transportation. Here’s what

Requirements: Tuberculosis (TB) Screening: Documentation of a
negative screening conducted within the last 12 months. Hepatitis
B: Proof of a completed vaccine series or a positive blood titer
result from within the last 12 months. Measles, Mumps, & Rubella
(MMR): Proof of a completed vaccine series or positive blood titers
from within the last 12 months. Varicella (Chickenpox): Proof of
vaccination, documented medical history of the disease, or positive
blood titers from within the last 12 months. Tdap (Tetanus,
Diphtheria, Pertussis): Documentation of a booster administered
within the last 10 years. Influenza: Proof of vaccination for the
current flu season. COVID-19: Documentation of primary vaccine
series and any boosters administered. General: Additional health
