Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Indianapolis, IN Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,100 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position ? Contract: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights, 3×12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Provide comprehensive care to high?acuity PCU patients nearing ICU status Manage multiple cardiac drips (titrating & non?titrating) Perform cardiac telemetry, ECG interpretation, and emergency response Care for multi?organ failure, liver failure, pulmonary compromise, and stable vents Start and maintain peripheral IVs; manage central lines Administer blood products and manage heparin protocols Execute respiratory interventions (trach care, non?invasive airway management) Transport patients for procedures, remaining responsible for monitoring Maintain infection control and isolation precautionsPotentially serve as charge RN depending on staffing needs Precept/mentor students as required in a teaching environment Requirements Licensure & Certifications Indiana RN License (must be in hand before start) IN residents not accepted for MS/Tele/PCU/ICU/ER roles BLS – Required ACLS – Required NIHSS – Required Required Experience Minimum 2 years PCU/IMC/Stepdown experience Trauma Level I or II strongly preferred Must meet strict PCU screening (only strong profiles accepted) Travel experience not required — first?time travelers accepted
