Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Available
Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 This facility is seeking
a Vascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum
tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details &
requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 8 Hours Per Day
between 8:00a-5:30p, 1-Hour Unpaid Lunch Practice Setting: Vascular
Clinic Types of Cases: Pre-Op and Post-Op Vascular Surgery Patients
In The Outpatient Vascular Clinic Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90
Days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) Licensure Required: Active Indiana State License and Drug
