seeking a RN Case Manager (RN required) for our Indianapolis, IN
Home Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to
adult and geriatric clients throughout Indianapolis area . Great

for a Case Manager: Supervise a team of field nurses. Conduct
supervisory visits as needed within the homes. Lead, inspire and
motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our adult and
geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in the
Indianapolis, IN area. Facilitate new hire orientation and training
the new nurses. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field
staff. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years
of experience as an RN is required . 1 years of Home Health
required. 2 Years of Oasis experience preferred . Acute, med/surg,
and/or sub-acute experience . Supervisory experience a plus. Why
