Indianapolis, Indiana, 46260! Job Title: RN Neuro/Trauma ICU

2 years recent ICU experience required License: RN License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: 2:1 patient
ratios, trauma and neuro experience Description: Join a team of
highly skilled and dedicated RNs. Our staff is trained in caring
for critically ill trauma, neuro, and surgical patients. The unit
features 24 beds for trauma and neuro intensive care. Trauma cases
include blunt force and penetrating injuries, such as abdominal,
maxillofacial, orthopedic, and thoracic trauma. Neuro cases
encompass ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, aneurysms, brain
tumors, seizures, and traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.
Surgical cases involve complex spine and abdominal surgeries, head
and neck procedures, and specialty obstetrics and gynecology.
Advanced hemodynamic monitoring techniques are utilized, with
skills in massive transfusion, intracranial pressure monitoring,
brain tissue oxygenation, ventricular drains, and continuous
dialysis. The role requires availability for every other weekend
and potential holiday shifts. Candidates must possess the ability
to manage high-stress situations and demonstrate critical thinking
