impact on patient care. We are seeking skilled Radiologic
Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with
precision and care. At OrthoAlliance, our Radiologic Technologist
play a crucial role on the team, delivering top-notch imaging
services to enhance patient outcomes. Position Summary: Responsible
for assisting physicians in patient care, performing all necessary
x-rays, with a high degree of quality, and escorting patients to
rooms. Position Responsibilities/Standards: General Attend
department, clinic or company meetings as required Demonstrate
sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable
findings or concerns Consistently work in a positive and
cooperative manner with fellow staff members. Consistently
demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible
manner in order to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work
as necessary. Attend required annual in-service program and/or
required CEU’s Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all
company policies and procedures. Consistently demonstrate attention
to detail in documentation, recording and patient information.
Adheres to established facility safety requirements and procedures
to ensure a safe working environment. Identifies potentially unsafe
situations and notifies supervisor Specific Duties: Perform imaging
exams according to protocol Proficient in operating radiation
generating equipment Escort patients back to exam rooms Ensure
equipment is maintained properly Additional Duties: Travel to
satellite offices as necessary Schedule will change as department
needs change, including overtime and Saturday rotations Knowledge:
Knowledge in Radiology procedures and protocols Knowledge of
anatomy and physiology necessary to perform x-rays Knowledge of
radiology equipment including safety hazards Knowledge of
electronic health records and Practice Management Systems
Education/Experience Required: Graduate of an accredited Radiology
program Active ARRT certification required State specific license
required Performance Requirements: Physical: Physical requirements
for the position include the ability to frequently hear and
communicate orally, see up close and at a distance, read and
comprehend, stand, sit, walk, reach, handle, and/or feel objects.
Must be able to climb, pull, push and kneel. Maximum unassisted
lift = 50 lbs. Average lift 25-50 lbs.
