OhioFull timeAn established Corporate Health division is seeking an
engaging physician to join a highly experienced Occupational
Medicine team. This is an office-based position in a professional,
collaborative environment focused on safe, service-driven,
employer-centered care.Position Overview• Part-time schedule with
varied weekdays• Clinic hours may include: 8a-5p, 7a-5p, or 9a-7p•
Monday through Friday only• Call limited to critical test outcomes•
Office-based practiceCandidate BackgroundOpen to physicians trained
in:• Occupational Medicine• Emergency Medicine• Family Medicine•
Internal MedicinePatient Population• Employees and prospective
employees age 16• Limited number of immigration applicants age 2•
Diverse socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds• Frequent language
barriersIdeal Candidate Profile• Will obtain DOT Examiner and MRO
certification• Willing to obtain USCIS and IME training•
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment•
Adaptable to the variable flow of a walk-in clinic• Knowledgeable
in Workers' Compensation injuries and employment-related issues•
Experience managing orthopedic and injury care• Strong written and
verbal communication skills with patients and employers•
Collaborative mindset with minimal hierarchy• Comfortable working
within budget-conscious, performance-driven systemsPractice
