Express Employment is partnered with a downtown distribution company looking to hire a remote Customer Happiness Specialist!!Job Summary/Company Information: -

• The purpose of the Customer Happiness Specialist position is to provide customers a high level of front-line telephone, email, and chat support.
• Evaluate customer needs, guide product decisions, and place customer orders
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and complaints and provide solutions
• Contact customers with out of stock items to offer alternative styles. Update orders to reflect customer requests for changes before shipping. Process returns and exchanges.
• Will be working in a few different computer systems/platforms to handle customer requestsPay/Benefits:

      • Must have a strong customer focus and proven customer service skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Good computer skills - Microsoft Office /Google docs experience a must
      • Ability to navigate within different computer software and on dual monitors
      • Organizational and time management skills
