The Customer Service Associate/Resource Center Associate is responsible for supporting customer service, administrative duties, and production activities for our customers. Triage issues with virtual meeting equipment (Cummins). Refresh the meeting rooms.Trouble shoot print and copy equipment, escalating to a technician when neededWhite Glove Service:Conducting mail runsBeing proactive in seeking out opportunities to be helpful and provide great customer serviceProvide administrative services as outlined in the Customer Scope of Work, including (but not limited to):a. Front Desk supportb. Answering phones and managing emailc. Greeting guests & customersd. Handling scanning projectse. Mail Services, including processing, pick-up and deliveryf.
