Job Description:

Hogan1 is seeking a reliable and experienced Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team. In alignment with our mission to deliver innovative transportation solutions, this role is critical in maintaining our standard of excellence in service delivery across diverse routes. As a part of our dedicated team, your main responsibility will be to ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Operate a tractor-trailer truck that transports cargo to and from specified destinations. Prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service. Maintain communication with dispatch/operations to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working order. Manage routes and routines to maximize efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. Load and unload goods as per client specifications. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied. Strong driving record Proficiency in using GPS and other routing systems An ability to work long hours on the road with flexibility in scheduling Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain concentration over long periods of time Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Must have a clean driving record DOT medical card (physical exam)
