Aramark is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the food service operations within healthcare facilities. This position requires a dynamic leader who can ensure that high-quality, nutritious meals are produced efficiently and align with the health standards and client expectations distinctive to the healthcare sector. Our ideal candidate will be adept at managing large teams, streamlining production processes, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and food quality. Oversee the daily operations of the food service department within a healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Manage and train a large team of food service professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Develop and implement efficient food production schedules and processes to meet the needs of the facility. Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare professionals to plan menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients. Monitor and control inventory, budgeting, and cost management to maintain fiscal responsibility. Implement innovative food service programs and technologies to enhance service quality. Ensure all food preparation and handling are conducted in accordance with regulatory and facility-specific guidelines.
