Development and Executive Leadership Development team offer
development experiences for leaders of all levels around the globe
to help them and their teams deliver our Team Lilly Purpose. The
work of the Leadership Development team is carried out through:
Multi-day Program Design, Development, Implementation, and
Facilitation Business/Account Support (throughout the business
areas) Leadership and Team Development, Coaching and Consulting
Open Enrolment Course Facilitation Provision of online resources
and tools Project Management & Communications Responsibilities :
The role will have individual responsibilities and collaborate and
support other team members in delivery of programs and completion
of projects. Primary responsibilities include: Logistical support
and coordination of Global Leadership Development and Executive
Leadership Development nomination programs, including but not
limited to, scheduling; materials creation and sourcing; liaising
with Lilly Executives, external speakers and learners; budget and
finance tracking; sourcing and organizing external experiences;
production of virtual events and on-site support for in-person
events. Logistics, training admin support and class production for
all Global Leadership Development programming. Reporting and use of
SuccessFactors data to support class scheduling, waitlist
management and cross-charging. Support class scheduling every
6-months to create a rolling schedule 1-year in advance, using
ServiceNow requests. Basic Requirements: Associate’s degree At
least 3 years’ experience with project management and program
delivery support. Qualified applicants must be authorized to work
in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide

role. Additional Skills/Preferences: Experience supporting the
end-to-end process of delivering global and executive leadership
nomination programs, from receipt of participant lists through to
program follow-up communication. Experience with virtual class
production using Microsoft Teams and simulation platforms,
including but not limited to, creating the run of show, managing
breakouts and polls, providing instructions to learners during the
class. Experience collaborating with corporate meeting planning
services and external venues to deliver programs onsite and at
remote and global locations, such as hotels and meeting centers.
Expert at SuccessFactors Learning transactions and reporting e.g.
rosters, learner history, leaner needs, compliance metrics.
Experience managing work through ServiceNow. Experience liaising
with Senior Executives, Executive Assistants and external speakers
and vendors who support leadership development programming.
Experience driving continuous process improvement and efficiency in
leadership and executive development program delivery and
associated processes. Experience with Technology - Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe and Copilot. Proven organizational
capability, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and
programs simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated independent problem solver who can identify and
mitigate risks and respond quickly to unexpected issues that arise.
Customer service experience Previous experience presenting and
facilitating Ability to produce professional and accessible
participant materials. Experience sourcing venues and learning
spaces that are inspirational and welcoming for face-to-face
events. Additional Information: • Travel required up to 30% •
Location: Lilly Corporate Centre, Indianapolis, on site the

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $27.04 - $39.66
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company
bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
