Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare organization
seeking a TA Consultant/Recruiter. This position is remote, but
will require quarterly on-site presence in Indianapolis, IN. This
is a temporary to hire position based on performance. This role
Partners with customers as assigned to provide talent acquisition
support. Manages a comprehensive recruiting process, which includes
posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews,
candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful
arrivals on first dates of employment. Aligns candidate skills and
abilities with openings, to ensure the right recruiting strategies
are in place and executed effectively. Responsibilities: Utilizing
ATS to review resumes Conducting Initial phone screens working
closely with hiring managers for scheduling Extending offers
creating offer letters on-boarding process Proactive recruiting on
social media and job boards Qualifications : 2 years of recent,
healthcare sourcing or recruiting experience Prior experience
handling 60-80 open recs Recruiting in the Healthcare Industry is
preferred Previous experience with Oracle is preferred but not
required Bachelor's degree is preferred Deadline oriented Metrics
