success. Job Description We are seeking an IT Governance Specialist
to join our dynamic Information Security team. In this role, you
will play a key part in governing encryption services and platforms
that secure sensitive data across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid
environments. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture,
risk, and compliance teams to ensure the secure and consistent use
of approved encryption technologies at scale. Your efforts will
directly support regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and strengthen
the clients overall data protection posture. Key Responsibilities
Lead governance initiatives for encryption services; develop
roadmaps, executive dashboards, and risk-tracking reports Create
and maintain enterprise encryption reference architectures aligned
to industry best practices and audit expectations Build and manage
a catalog of encryption services, including PKI, KMS, tokenization,
and TDE solutions Define and enforce encryption standards and
lifecycle management for certificates and keys Publish
user-friendly explainers, demos, and FAQs for internal stakeholders
and application teams Facilitate onboarding sessions and training
to ensure adoption of secure key-management practices Required
Qualifications: Proficiency in: PKI certificate management,
Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Advanced Encryption Standard
(AES), encryption lifecycle governance Project management
experience, preferably in Agile environments Proven track record
with digital certificate lifecycle management and enterprise
key-management platforms (e.g., Microsoft AD CS, Entrust, AWS KMS,
HashiCorp Vault) Strong understanding of cryptographic principles,
security protocols, and compliance-aligned standards Excellent
communication and collaboration skills; ability to convey complex
security topics to non-technical audiences 5 years of experience in
cybersecurity, data protection, or cryptographic systems governance
Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Tokenization, Transparent
Data Encryption (TDE), cloud-native KMS solutions, and scripting
for automation Familiarity with PCI DSS, privacy regulations (e.g.,
GDPR, CCPA), and other financial regulatory requirements Previous
experience in the financial services or other highly regulated
industry Agile Project Management certification or training Work
