solutions. As an Entry Level Customer Outreach Specialist, you’ll
receive hands-on training to become a trusted guide for customers
exploring AT&T’s wireless, internet, and digital TV services.
You’ll confidently initiate conversations, understand individual
needs, and recommend personalized solutions that make a real
difference. Each interaction helps strengthen community connections
and drives AT&T’s presence across Indianapolis. Key
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Outreach Specialist
Proactively engage potential and existing customers in retail
spaces and at community events, sparking genuine conversations and
building rapport on the spot. Uncover customer needs through
attentive listening and effectively align AT&T’s mobile,
internet, and bundled solutions with their lifestyle and budget.
Enthusiastically present AT&T products and promotions,

Collect key customer information, assess interest levels, and
seamlessly transition qualified leads to sales specialists for
follow-up and closing. Actively participate in outreach programs,
in-store campaigns, and local events to drive awareness and
customer interaction. Represent both Credence Innovations and
AT&T with energy, integrity, and a service-first attitude.
Create lasting first impressions that turn passerby's curiosity
into strong, qualified interest. Gather insights from each
interaction to help fine-tune outreach techniques and messaging
strategies. Meticulously log customer interactions and lead data in
tracking systems to support team visibility and campaign goals.
Engage in regular training to stay sharp on product knowledge,
customer engagement techniques, and personal development.
