Job Description Job Description Position: Class A Driver / CDL A Driver Location: Indianapolis, IN 46202 Salary: $1,200–$1,400 per week Job Overview CK Transportation is seeking professional Class A Drivers to join our Indianapolis team. This position offers consistent, dedicated home weekly routes for drivers who value reliability, predictable schedules, and performance-driven compensation. Our operations focus on maximizing driving efficiency while minimizing cargo handling delays. Responsibilities Operate modern, well-maintained sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and refrigerated or van trailers. Follow consistent route assignments that allow predictable schedules and efficient time management. Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight while adhering to all DOT and company regulations. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation. Participate in performance-based compensation programs, including detention pay for delays impacting productivity. Qualifications Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CDL A license. Flexible experience is accepted: 3 months in the last 6 months, 6 months in the last year, 1 year in the last 2 years, or 1.5 years in the last 3 years. Experience with trailers 40 feet or longer is preferred. Home Time and Schedule This role provides consistent weekly home time, ensuring work-life balance. Dedicated routes allow drivers to plan their schedules predictably while optimizing driving efficiency. Equipment and Technology Drivers operate trucks no older than 3 years, designed for comfort and safety. Our reliable refrigerated and van trailers support a wide range of freight types.
