Job Description Job Description Join our Production department
and play a crucial role in building kits. This role involves
rotating through various stations where you'll be trained to ensure
precise and efficient production. Responsibilities Operate in
packing environment, standing for 12-hour shifts initially, to pick
and pack items as instructed by a computer system. Carefully label
and place completed boxes onto a conveyor system for further
processing in the packing area. Verify the contents of order totes
and correctly transfer kits from totes to boxes, labeling them
appropriately for shipping. Maintain high attention to detail and
uphold quality standards throughout the production process.
Essential Skills Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts during
training and as needed thereafter. Experience in a fast-paced,
high-production environment, preferably involving standing work.
Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs, with team lifting for anything above
50 lbs. Strong attention to detail, computer skills Additional
Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with kit building and packing
processes. Ability to adapt to repetitive tasks with a focus on

temperature-controlled production area. The environment includes
conveyors but no heavy machinery, as kit building is primarily
manual. Expect a rotating shift pattern of 6pm-6am with paid breaks
and lunch. Dress code requires long pants and closed-toe shoes Job
Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position
is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some
benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of
