Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Produce defect-free parts while
optimizing throughput in the powder coating process. Operate and
monitor paint booth equipment, ensuring proper powder coating
techniques. Set and operate dry-off and cure ovens, recording all
relevant settings accurately. Log in and out of jobs accurately and
in a timely manner. Track and document powder usage for each
production run. Optimize the painting process to improve efficiency
and reduce repaints. Perform timely cleanups and changeovers,
ensuring all equipment and booths are properly cleaned. Store
paints correctly to prevent cross-contamination and manage unused
materials. Adjust powder equipment to reduce overuse and report
maintenance issues promptly. Complete additional responsibilities
as assigned by supervisor.
