Job Description:
Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a respected global nonprofit
organization dedicated to relief, development, and peace
initiatives, is seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator for
our printing media division. This role involves the setup,
operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses to
ensure high-quality printing of various materials in support of
MCC’s mission. The operator will work closely with our production
team to produce materials that reflect the quality and values of
MCC, contributing to our humanitarian and development projects
around the world. Operate flexographic printing press including
setting up, running, and cleaning the equipment. Ensure compliance
with all safety and quality standards of the print shop. Monitor
and control printing quality, making adjustments as needed to
produce high-quality products. Collaborate with production team to
meet deadlines and project specifications. Maintain accurate
production records and report any maintenance needs. Participate in
training and development sessions to stay updated with the latest
printing techniques and safety guidelines. Experience with
flexographic press setup and operation Strong attention to detail
and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as
part of a team Excellent time management skills and the ability to
handle multiple tasks Knowledge of safety standards and quality
