Description:The primary function of this position is Administrative Support on the Logistics team and Invoicing.(1) PO entry(2) Demand Analysis for PO entry(3) SO Entry(4) Logistics Coordination - (ex. delivery arrangement, ISF filing, import customs entry coordination etc.)(5) Support internal kaizen activities as assigned by supervisorAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- 1+ year of administrative experience where invoicing and PO processing is a main function- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics company is preferred - Strong Microsoft Office; will be using Excel daily to enter invoices About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
