Full-Time Crew Leader (Construction/Landscaping)- Greenwood, IN

Job Responsibilities

? Leads all efforts of crew work for the day?s events (driving to site, proper tool, management of materials, quality of work, sign off on inspection reports, communication in field, care of materials and tools, managing OT, illustrating safety measures, etc.)

? Interfaces with clients on site to assure work is done and to generate new work

? Reinforces company culture with crew (attire, communication, work ethic, safety, attitude)

? Assures that job materials are well kept, maintained and utilized without waste

? Leads the work effort in the field and becomes adept at installation and maintenance of storm water protective measures

? Demonstrates organization and electronic usage capability (i.e. using data tablet, computers, etc.)

? Completes all required paperwork and submissions accurately and timely

? Is both comfortable and capable of operating small machinery if required

? Works on special projects as needed

Requirements

? 6 months of leadership experience

? High School Diploma or equivalency?

? Must have a valid Driver?s License

? Shows ability to lead a team/crew efficiently

? Able to illustrate organization, leadership, and communication skills

? Comfortable and capable using technology

? Able to bring examples of work ethic and past success

? Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather

? Strong attention to detail

? Must be able to walk up and down inclines and on uneven terrain?

? Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed
