Responsibilities:
What You Will Do?Perform domestic care services per Resident Service Plan.Includes light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, companionship, personal transportation, etc.Track and document services performed in timely fashion.Communicate cooperatively with Residents to ensure needs are being met.Help with schedule and communicate schedule changes to supervisor.
