You will be responsible for providing day-to-day functional guidance and training to operators in the fabrication department for the overall direction and performance to provide the highest quality products for the Company.If you are interested, please apply on our career page.Job Scope:What Youll Do:

• Coordinate production to meet schedules and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times, paying particular attention to safety, quality, and maintenance of equipment
• Oversee and assure that proper maintenance and care is taken on all machines and reports any malfunctions or equipment problems to Management
• Maintain clean, orderly and safe work areas at all times
• Perform periodic inspections of parts being run to insure both visual quality and dimensional quality standards are maintained
• Work closely with supervisor to foster teamwork, ensure correctness and accuracy of products, and compliance with all company policies and proceduresWhat You Wont Do:

      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus three or more years of fabrication experience. College degree and prior leadership/supervisory experience preferred
      • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, part numbers, operations sheets and other pertinent information to determine appropriate operations
      • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
      • Mathematical skills to manage units of measure, fractions, decimals, whole numbers
      • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets to determine set-up and operations to be formed
