Since 1983, Valle Vista Health System, a 132 bed facility located in Greenwood, Indiana, has been providing high-quality behavioral health care to the community. We offer care for a broad range of psychiatric and addiction disorders. We provide care to adults, and to patients as young as age five. Our programs include inpatient, outpatient and medication-assisted treatment for adults, and residential and inpatient treatment for children and adolescents. These programs are designed to help adults, children and teens learn the necessary skills to regain confidence, heal and successfully function at home, work, school and in

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Intake, the Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, and checking in patients.In addition, the receptionist may assist with various clerical duties and projects as assigned by leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment, computer skills and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment, preferred.

Preferred Requirements: May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours. Primary schedule will be afternoons/evenings, regularly from 3pm - 11:30pm.
