Job Title: Relief OperatorPay Rate: $19.50/hourLocation: Indianapolis, IndianaJob Duties:Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Adhere to food safety and quality requirements.Preparation of machine center for operation.Daily operation of case packer, which includes the startup, adjusting machine settings, changeovers, and cleaning of case packer.Tear down packages for quality checks.Monitor the production line while performing visual checks for problems such as pileups, jams, or glue that isnt sticking properly.Perform machinery parts changeovers between different product runs.Clean conveyor, pans and lubricate machinery as needed.Verify work orders.Check adhesive/glue type and fill as required.Check the glue temperature setting.Requirements:The ability to adapt to many situations is essential.Ability to train others.Ability to understand, record, and communicate product descriptions and codes.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.Ability to read and interpret written information.Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.Demonstrated ability to meet productivity standards.Observe safety and security procedures.Ability to do basic math.Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required;Three months related work experience.Or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be computer literate.Why you should apply:Temp-to-Hire OpportunityOn the bus lineGood Culture/EnvironmentNice clean break roomShift: 2nd shift 2:00 pm-10:00 pm#IBby Jobble
