• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management team
• Directing the work of the management team, including setting weekly schedules and assigning responsibilities to Restaurant Managers
• Managing the performance of the management team through weekly directionals, evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly staff
• Overseeing food, labor, and liquor costs
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Managing costs, waste, and labor efficiency
• Overseeing weekly and monthly P&L statements
• Planning and overseeing inventories and budgets annually
• Maintaining standards through audits, Taste & Temp checks, and training
• Ensuring restaurant cleanliness and safety measures
• Overseeing employee incentive programs and development
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Serving as primary liaison with vendors and support contacts

  • 2+ years as a GM, MP, or multi-unit manager in a full-service restaurant
