Do you have hands-on experience managing complex cleanroom, lab, or high-tech facility construction projects? Ready to lead builds where every detail matters - from airflow to finish-out?

We're looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager who knows how to navigate the unique challenges of controlled environment construction - including cleanrooms, metrology labs, and other critical spaces. This isn't just another GC job - it's an opportunity to deliver precision construction for world-class clients across life sciences, semiconductors, biotech, and beyond.



What You'll Do:

- Own your projects - from precon to punch list

- Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors with accountability and precision

- Drive results that meet strict specs for cleanliness, containment, HVAC, filtration, and compliance

- Manage budgets, schedules, and safety with the skill of someone who's been in the field

- Communicate clearly with clients, engineers, architects, and your internal team

- Ensure all systems and finishes meet the required cleanroom classification and performance standards

- Tackle unexpected challenges with a solutions-first mindset


What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction - cleanroom or technical build experience REQUIRED

- Familiarity with ISO classifications, gowning protocols, pressurization, and environmental controls

- Ability to lead construction projects with tight tolerances and demanding specs

- Strong documentation, cost control, and scheduling skills

- Clear communicator - with owners, trades, engineers, and your crew

- Willingness to travel regionally or nationally to project sites
