Crazy right?)- 4 weeks of PTO + your birthdayWhat You Need for this PositionAt Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:-Bachelor Degree in the field of Construction or related field OR 3+ years of experience in the construction industry-Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and improve-Ability to think 2+ steps ahead and anticipate what comes next-Willing to work and support at all levels; "No Job is Too Small" Mentality-Ability to create reports: Project scheduling, weekly project schedules, unit turnover schedule, commitment cost, and change request detailWhat You Will Be Doing-Coordinating, assisting and communicating with Team to help the overall success of this project-Traveling to applicable project sites at least once a month to ensure progress, quality and field personnel is equipped to complete the project as expected and communicated to the Team-Learn and use company softwares: Microsoft Office including Project for scheduling, Blue Beam Revu for electronic document mark-ups and onscreen take-offs, Bridget for punch list management, Timberscan for Accounts Payable invoice approval and Sage 300 for all project specific Estimating, Project Management, Job Cost and Accounting needs-Communicating with on-site field personnel to ensure they have the tools in order for them to direct and supervise all on-site activities to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget with quality workmanship that conforms to the plans and specifications and satisfaction to the Development and Property Management Teams-Preparing and maintaining project schedule and manage through final completion-Assisting in identifying potential issues and solve problems or provide realistic solutions for issue or problem(s) to the Team to maintain construction schedule-Verifying all required municipal inspections as it pertains the local municipality and communicate this to the Project Manager-Coordinating all applicable utility companies as they relate to the projects and ensure they are prepared to get applicable utilities to site based on project schedule-Working with Project Manager to purchase our provided materials and coordinate delivery to site with field personnel-Demonstrating commitment to Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others while on-site and in the office-Reviewing and organizing Superintendent's Daily Reports -Assisting in coordinating regular meetings with subcontractors, owner representatives, and internal staff-Providing training and education to any employee as needed to ensure a successful project-Obtaining, understanding, submitting and organizing Transmittals, Correspondence Logs, RFIs, Change Requests, Submittals, Commitment's and Commitment Change Orders, O&M documents, drawing log and drawing revisions-*Other duties as needed*So, if you are a Project Engineer - Construction with experience, please apply today!Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Please apply directly to by clicking 'Click Here to Apply' with your Word resume!Looking forward to receiving your resume and going over the position in more detail with you.- Not a fit for this position?
