Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career in commercial insurance? Bickle Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor to join our high-performing team in Cincinnati. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing commercial insurance opportunities while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:
--- Prospect and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
--- Evaluate risk and conduct insurance reviews to tailor solutions
--- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals
--- Drive new business while managing and renewing existing accounts
--- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service
--- Stay engaged with clients post-sale and assist with service or claims when needed
--- Represent the agency with professionalism in the community and industry events

Qualifications:
--- Proven sales track record, preferably in commercial insurance or B2B sales
--- Ohio Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
--- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience
--- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
--- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance
--- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
--- Willingness to travel locally with occasional out-of-town visits
