campaign in Indianapolis, we deliver advanced wireless and internet
solutions. We're seeking a full-time AT&T Customer Associate
who thrives in interactions, loves technology, and is passionate
about helping customers find the right solutions. As an AT&T
Customer Associate, you’ll receive immersive, hands-on training to
become an expert in AT&T’s range of wireless, internet, and
digital TV services. You'll develop strong product knowledge and
consultative skills to understand customer needs, offer tailored
solutions, and guide them confidently through sales and service.
This role emphasizes not only reaching sales goals but also
creating positive experiences that foster lasting customer
relationships in the Indianapolis community. Key Responsibilities
of the AT&T Customer Associate Welcome customers warmly to
create an engaging and friendly retail atmosphere. Identify
customer needs by actively listening and offering personalized
AT&T solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget. Demonstrate
products with enthusiasm, highlighting key features of devices and
services like smartphones, home internet, and TV. Guide customers
through transactions, including new activations, upgrades, and
accessory purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist with
technical issues, providing quick resolutions or escalating as
needed to maintain customer satisfaction. Drive sales performance
by meeting and exceeding individual and team goals for products and
services. Maintain store appearance, ensuring a clean, organized,
and visually appealing showroom. Promote current deals and educate
customers on AT&T offers to enhance their experience and
savings. Keep thorough records of all customer interactions and
transactions in the CRM system. Participate in training and
development to stay current with AT&T innovations and grow
professionally.
