Entry Level Sales Manager, you’ll lead from the front, driving
AT&T product sales, mentoring a small team, and overseeing
daily operations with precision. Through targeted training and
real-world experience, you’ll sharpen your leadership skills while
motivating your team to surpass goals and deliver standout customer
experiences in a high-energy retail environment. Essential
Functions of the Entry Level Sales Manager Role Lead and motivate a
team of Retail Sales Associates, fostering a results-driven,
high-energy sales floor. Track team performance, deliver feedback,
and implement strategies that elevate individual and collective
results. Facilitate engaging training sessions focused on product
expertise, persuasive selling, and outstanding customer service.
Drive personal sales by modeling effective techniques, directly
assisting customers, and closing sales on the floor. Support daily
operations, including opening/closing duties, stock management, and
visual merchandising. Resolve complex customer issues promptly and
professionally, preserving brand trust and loyalty. Contribute to
talent development by participating in hiring, onboarding, and
mentoring future sales leaders. Present actionable insights from
sales reports, identifying opportunities to optimize strategies and
drive revenue. Maintain full compliance with AT&T policies and
retail sales protocols across all customer interactions. Promote a
collaborative culture centered on learning, accountability, and
shared success.
