Carmel, IN (Hybrid Preferred) We prefer candidates who can work
from our Carmel-area office on a regular basis. Remote arrangements
may be considered for exceptional candidates based on role

without chaos. What Youll Do (Manufacturing Focus) Own full-cycle
sales: outbound discovery solution mapping proposal/SOW close
handoff. Open net-new manufacturing accounts and lead
multi-stakeholder deals Run on-site meetings, workshops, and demos;
represent us at manufacturing events. Build and manage a
disciplined pipeline and forecast in our CRM. Lead ROI, risk, and
compliance conversations. Expand accounts post-close through
renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and multi-year roadmaps. What Success
Looks Like 35 late-stage manufacturing opportunities per quarter.
Closed 67 figure annual agreements; typical cycles 312 months.
Trusted relationships across manufacturing leadership (Ops,
Maintenance, Quality, IT/OT). Qualifications Must-Have 4 years
quota-carrying B2B sales (software/services) with consistent
attainment. Proven prospecting pipeline discipline and reliable
forecasting. Executive communication: translate technical solutions
into plant outcomes (uptime, throughput, quality, safety, cost).
Strong fundamentals: prospecting, multithreading, qualification,
objection handling. Collaborative seller who can partner with
Engineering/PM to shape scope, SOWs, and proposals. Tools fluency:
Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach/Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
strong Excel/Sheets. Comfortable traveling for key plant visits and
workshops. Nice to Have Experience selling into manufacturing with
complex buying groups and longer cycles; RFPs, MSAs/SOWs, security
reviews, procurement. Familiarity with common manufacturing systems
(ERP/MES/CMMS) and industrial environments (IOT, integrations).
Compensation & Benefits Salary:$55,000$70,000 commissions OTE:
