specializing in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. As an Aseptic
Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health
of biologic source materials and finished products during
manufacturing, storage, and distribution. Responsibilities Perform
daily production tasks including environmental monitoring,
formulating, and filling of aseptic GMP manufactured products
according to batch records and SOPs. Work inside cleanroom suites
on your feet for several hours at a time. Conduct environmental
monitoring and check raw materials to ensure proper materials and
quantities. Aseptically fill finished product containers under
sterile conditions. Clean equipment and classified cleanrooms,
including ceilings, walls, critical surfaces, and floors. Perform
repetitive tasks while wearing cleanroom gowning, including a hood,
mask, coveralls, boots, and gloves. Operate equipment such as
balances, peristaltic pumps, filters, pH meters, and pipettes.
Follow all SOPs, batch records, and safety policies while
completing tasks. Accurately complete batch record documentation
and all appropriate logbook entries. Participate in process
monitoring, improvement activities, risk management, and process
deviation investigations. Contribute to process improvements and
participate in other projects and duties as required. Essential
Skills At least 1 year of relevant life sciences manufacturing,
quality, or lab experience. Familiarity with aseptic processes in a
cGMP/FDA regulated environment. Self-motivated and willing to
accept temporary responsibilities outside of normal job duties.
Comfortable working in a fast-changing small company environment
and able to adjust workload based on changing priorities. Must not
have unusual sensitivity to typical laboratory chemicals, including
sanitization agents. Consistently perform fast-paced operations and
multi-step simultaneous operations with a high degree of accuracy.
Able to meet aseptic gowning qualification requirements and
effectively communicate while wearing cleanroom gowning. Additional
Skills & Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a life science can
elevate candidates to a Level II role. Work Environment Consultants
will work onsite at the facility in Indianapolis, primarily in a
cleanroom setting requiring standard full gowning procedures. The
role operates on a day shift schedule (7am-4pm) with some
flexibility as needed, and follows a Monday-Friday workweek.

range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility
